Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, your main challenges will include ensuring the efficient execution of operations at the Edmonton Branch through the supervision and scheduling of personnel, coordination of equipment and time management. You will also be responsible for conducting show and site inspections and appropriate reports in order to assure quality control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate has audiovisual knowledge and experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service and organizational skills, is computer literate, willing to work flexible hours and has previous supervisory experience.
