Technical service representative (Audio visual technician)
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are:
Delivering, setting up, operating, and dismantling of audio / visual and lighting equipment for meetings, conference, shows in various facilities, such as hotels, convention centers, boardrooms, and training rooms.
Providing outstanding customer service to both our internal and externals customers on a daily basis.
Participating in local and national training sessions to increase technical ability and remain current within our industry as it relates to new technology.
Qualifications and Skills
If you are bilingual, computer literate, organized, willing to work flexible hours, have excellent customer service skills and have a valid driver’s license, you may be the candidate we are looking for.
