• When speakers arrive on show site, they’ll find a dedicated, high-tech Speaker Ready Room where they can comfortably review their presentations, practice and make last-minute adjustments. We will even digitally transmit their presentations to the right room so they won’t need to fumble with cords or laptops. If their room needs to be changed at the last minute, we will reroute the presentation to the correct room instantly.
