Our Service Contracts
When your organization requires a high level of reliability and minimum downtime of its audio visual systems, be it a videoconferencing system, a simultaneous interpretation system, microphones and speakers, or the projector in your boardroom, a service contract can ensure a speedy response and resolution to any problem that arises. Our service contract customers will always get priority services.
The Preventive Maintenance Service Contract is aimed at organizations that want to protect their systems from neglect and wear. It offers regular, scheduled maintenance visits and reports, as well as a fixed number of unscheduled corrective visits. Consumables, such as projector lamps, are not covered; nor are replacement parts and repairs.
The Full Service Contract is aimed at organizations that have “mission critical systems” and cannot afford to be without them. In addition to the regular maintenance, unlimited corrective calls and repair costs are included in the coverage, as well as loaner equipment which can be provided and installed to minimize downtime of the system.
