Presentation Management - Cut the Insanity Out of Your Next Event

Advance Submission - A simple and secure web site hosted by AVW-TELAV that allows speakers to submit their event presentation(s) prior to the event and to adjust as necessary via the internet before and even during the conference. Each conference gets it own dedicated website including customized event logos, event information and internet domain name.

Speaker Ready Room (SRR) - A dedicated room staffed by PM technicians that enables presenters to submit, review, update and rehearse their presentation on site, ensuring a problem-free presentation. Our custom self-serve kiosk like interface allows each presenter to upload their presentation ONLY to their assigned sessions. This ensures the files and version they want to present is exactly what's sent to the room. All presentation files are saved to our in-room secure servers which then distribute the presentations through the venue's internal network to its respective meeting rooms within seconds.

In the Meeting Room - Thanks to our custom in-room interface running on AVW-TELAV systems, the presentation process for presenters is both quick and worry-free, while also ensuring a time-efficient and pleasurable experience for the audience. Not forgetting about the meeting organizer, this component also provides them with increased event efficiency by allowing more presentations and removes the need for a dedicated computer operator in each presentation room.

Post Show - Once the last session ends, the event is over for most—but not for meeting organizers. Post-show production of presentation files and event reports are yet another example of where presentation management can ease the duties of meeting organizers. We provide an organized archive of all submitted presentation files as well as a post show report detailing statistics and comments which can be utilized to further increase the efficiency of your next event.
