Employee training and development continues to be one of the most enriching dynamics in achieving our company's overall strategic goals. Ensuring our employees have the right skills is crucial to the growth and success of AVW-TELAV. That’s why we put such great emphasis on personal development.

One of the ways we do this is by providing certification programs. The program we use for Customer Service Certification (CSC) is Through the Customer’s Eyes, which is designed to instill measure and apply essential skills to deliver high quality service. To date, over 700 of our employees have attained the CSC certification. In fact, it is also a requirement for new hires to achieve this customer service designation pending completion of orientation.
The Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) program we offer was designed for employees in the audio visual and presentations industry to earn an industry-respected designation. This designation, obtainable from INFOCOMM, demonstrates to our customers, colleagues and competition the mastery of skills and knowledge for our technicians to be leaders in their fields.
The Fundamentals of Presentation Technology (FPT) certification and proprietary program is facilitated by a group of uniquely qualified operations personnel in our organization. Each trainer has successfully completed a customized three-day Train-the-Trainers course, qualifying them to effectively deliver all program materials and testing processes. In addition to their full-time positions, the trainers play a significant role in preparing us to deliver on our core values: Service Second to None, Technological Excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Sustainable Profitability, and Industry Leadership.

AVW-TELAV also proudly supports and invests in its employees that take advantage of continuing education at reputable institutions, as well as in-house training programs and periodic seminars.
Also crucial to AVW-TELAV and essential to the culture of our organization is that our employees know how much they are truly valued. One of the ways we do this is with employee recognition programs. These awards programs are designed to allow employees to share their ideas to improve our company and to be acknowledged by their colleagues for their outstanding efforts as they demonstrate our most important Core Value, Service Second to None.
