The root of our success and dedication goes far beyond the event floor. AVW-TELAV has the largest professional trained staff in Canada, including 700+ employees, approximately 350 of which are technical and operational staff on call to provide pre, on site and post event assistance.
To keep our employees current, we engage them in ongoing training programs that include classroom instruction, self study, and, most importantly, on-the-job mentoring. AVW-TELAV has also invested in qualified and certified subject mater experts with specialized proficiencies whose expertise is accessible nation-wide to enhance your face-to-face marketing solutions.
In addition, AVW-TELAV maintains a multi-million dollar audio visual inventory—one of the largest equipment inventories in North America—which is tested vigorously for reliability. Our equipment is transported from site to site in customized hard-shell cases lined with inner padding that keeps our gear fully protected, functional and aesthetically pleasing when it arrives at your event.
