• The Speaker Ready Room is set up as a designated area on site where your presenters can check their presentations on the exact equipment that will be available in their breakout rooms. Having this advance opportunity to prepare will increase your speakers’ comfort levels.
• The number of workstations in the Speaker Ready Room should be the lesser of one station for every session room OR one station for every 25 presenters at the event.
